Marketing Administrator
We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Administrator to support the marketing and sales departments with various projects and administrative tasks. The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting with promotional campaigns and projects that drive sales, increase brand awareness and support talent acquisition. This is a fast-paced company with continual growth. This position will be critical in assisting the marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company. This role requires a high attention to detail, creativity, great communication and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a high level of comfort with multitasking and will be adaptable to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) including daily SoMe posting, follower management, day-to-day oversight and metrics reporting.
  • Management of blog posts (by Gorillas) in progress, light editing, posting and author linking, as well as monthly stats and incentive awards distribution.  
  • Support marketing operations by assisting in the development and successful implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, thought leadership, public relations, collateral, web-based initiatives, and other marketing communications activities.
  • Assist the HubSpot Systems Administrator with event invites and database maintenance.
  • Research and order company swag, including holiday gifts, and conduct regular collateral audits.
  • Facilitate conference and event attendance.
  • Manage awards applications and resulting social posts and plaque ordering.
  • Create press releases on WebWire
  • General administrative duties including calendar invites for marketing team meetings, meeting minutes, Google Drive architecture
Skills
  • Understand marketing concepts and have an interest in sales and marketing
  • Proficient with social media
  • Strong communication (both written and oral) and personal leadership skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or the Google suite of tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Understanding of data within Business and Marketing environment
Experience and Education
  • Social Media Marketing: 1 year
  • Marketing: 1 year
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
