Recruitment Administrator
Gorilla Logic is looking for an incredible Recruitment Administrator to join our team at our Boulder headquarters!  The Recruitment Administrator works closely with our seasoned recruiters to provide administrative assistance and candidate sourcing support.  The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, collaborative, and highly detail oriented.  We are growing incredibly fast, and need a super friendly, detail oriented, organized, motivated and “on-it!” administrator to help us continue to be successful.
 
Responsibilities
  • Sourcing technical candidates using job boards such as LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, Dice, and others
  • Assist recruiters with day-to-day talent processing and administrative tasks as well as distribution of job applicants to the recruitment team
  • Management of Gorilla Logic job boards and job postings
  • Liaison between Gorilla Logic and third-party vendors
  • Manage the backend of our Applicant Tracking System to ensure accuracy and consistency in our record keeping
  • Create and maintain candidate pipeline utilizing creative sourcing strategies
 
Requirements
  • Experience in a client-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in recruiting
  • Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel, Google docs and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
 
Bonus Skills
  • Experience within a professional services or consulting company
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM administration
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical products, technologies and solutions
