Global Recruiting Director
Gorilla Logic is seeking a Global Director of Recruiting to lead the strategic direction and objectives of our recruiting department; while maintaining our Gorilla culture and high-quality standards through this exciting time of exponential business growth. 

Located at our Headquarters in Broomfield, CO, you will work with our US-based Recruiting team to scale our Nearshore Development centers in San Jose, Costa Rica, and Medellin, Colombia.

  • Responsible for owning the global talent acquisition strategy for Gorilla Logic’s Professional Services Organization 
  • Manage a high productivity recruiting team - responsible for finding, assessing, and hiring talented & experienced IT professionals 
  • Partner with Executive Leadership to set and drive: recruiting strategy, goals, processes, and metrics
  • Build strong relationships across all locations to deliver results in a rapidly and constantly evolving environment
  • Partner with in-market HR Business Partners to provide a consolidated view of talent management 
  • Direct the Resource Planning Manager to efficiently allocate and distribute new vs existing resources across the organization and client engagements 
  • Develop innovative ways to meet Gorilla Logic’s constantly expanding and evolving recruiting needs
  • 10+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing a high performing recruiting function at scale; preference for experience within Technology or Professional Services companies
  • Experience managing a full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, qualifying, technical screening, interview coaching, offer negotiations and onboarding
  • Experience developing & executing international recruiting strategies
  • Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including establishing best practices and KPIs
  • Ability to manage internal and external client expectations
  • Workforce planning & talent management experience
  • Experience scaling a team through tremendous growth periods
  • Drive process & efficiencies with the use of technologies and workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintaining our Gorilla culture and high-quality standards
  • Travel up to 20% to San Jose, Costa Rica & Medellin, Colombia
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Bonus Skills
  • Evaluating & implementing Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Experience working with Central & South American based companies 
  • Experience working for or with Nearshore or Offshore companies
