HR & Recruitment Administrator
Gorilla Logic is looking for an incredible HR/Recruitment Administrator to join our team at our Broomfield headquarters! The HR/Recruitment admin provides administrative assistance to the Gorilla Logic recruitment and HR teams, to support consultants in the US, Costa Rica, and Colombia. The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, collaborative, and highly detail-oriented. With over 600 people in our company, and around 30 working directly at our office, the environment is family-like and casual. We are growing incredibly fast, and need a super friendly, detail-oriented, organized, motivated and "on-it!” administrator to help us continue to be successful.
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage Onboarding & Offboarding efforts for all US-based employees and contractors. 
    • This includes systems set up, paperwork, issuing and receiving company property  
    • Assist the Global HR and Operations staff with administrative functions as needed
  • Manage and approve PTO requests for US-based Gorilla Logic Consultants 
  • Creation of SOWs and POs for US-based Gorilla Logic consultants
  • Assist recruiters with day to day processing and administrative tasks
  • Management of Gorilla Logic job boards and postings
  • Management of internal database and applicant management system
  • Works outside of general job description duties to assist HR and Recruiting departments as needed
  • Liaison between Gorilla Logic and third-party vendors
  • Administration of Client Vendor Management systems
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment Support
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Ability to prioritize own workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and respond to high volumes of email requests
  • Collaborative, responsible and very detail-oriented personality
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite and Google docs
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
Bonus Skills
  • Experience within professional services or consulting company
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM administration
  • Payroll processing experience 
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical products, technologies, and solutions
