What are we looking for? 


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with strong leadership and delivery focus to join our awesome team! This person will work closely with stakeholders across Gorilla Logic as well as working collaboratively with our VP Global Talent Acquisition.  You need to have a solid foundation in leadership as well as experience in high-growth teams, volume recruiting and working in the software development world.  We are also seeking someone extremely savvy in working with data and analytics to partner with our Talent Acquisition Operations Manager making recruiting funnel metrics.


  • Full-time employment with Gorilla Logic
  • This role works remotely and can be based in the Continental US, Costa Rica or Colombia.
  • This will also be able to work out of our modern offices in Broomfield Colorado, San José, (CR) or Medellín (CO) for group meetings & training, on occasion and as appropriate.
  • Position available to start ASAP; Flexible for two-week notice

What you can expect from us?

For those that prefer a home environment, this position can be 100% remote. We are growing incredibly fast, and currently have a lot of growth in Costa Rica, Colombia and Colorado, US.

We ultimately need a professional, self-motivated, fast-moving and detail-oriented Recruiting Manager to help drive the delivery engine for hiring an exceptional troop of Gorillas.



Responsibilities

  • Manage Delivery Team
    • Manage the day-to-day delivery of the Technical Recruiting team across all countries.
    • Responsible for helping to define and maintain an efficient cross-functional process across the full lifecycle of talent acquisition including qualifying, technical screening, salary negotiations, and hiring of leading technical talent
  • Market Data
    • Research and provide actionable data and recommendations on new strategies based on what’s happening in a given market.
    • Analyze trends in particular skills versus global locations near-shore.
  • Strategic Input
    • Work with the VP Global Talent Acquisition to formulate delivery strategies for each individual country, building out metrics and help increase applicant flow.
  • Applicant Tracking System Management
    • Be a key stakeholder in the continuous improvement of our existing ATS and any transition to new systems in the future.
    • Work with leadership to redefine our processes and be a part of the solution when rolling out any form of change.
  • Data Management
    • Ensure the Talent Acquisition team is focused on data entry and maintaining a high level of quality on our central system, pulling data away from external spreadsheets in order to increase reliability of our reports.
  • Innovate
    • Bring a creative mind to the table when thinking about how we can increase candidate flow, and be a key part of building strategies across different countries.



Fundamental Requirements: 


  • 6+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting with proven experience as a leader.
  • Complex cross-functional team experience
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and track every step of a complex process and its associated KPI’s.
  • Highly proficient analyzing data, metrics and predictive analytics and using it to drive actionable plans.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to win the hearts and minds of others



Additional Expectations:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration and facilitation capabilities
  • Extremely technology savvy and data-driven
  • Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.



Bonus Skills

  • Experience within professional services or consulting organizations.
  • Experience across multiple ATS, CRM and other recruiting tools.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
