What are we looking for? 

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Operations Manager with a large operational focus to join our awesome team! This person will work closely with stakeholders across Gorilla Logic as well as working collaboratively with our Talent Operations team.  You need to have a solid foundation of program management experience which ensures your ability to anticipate, plan, schedule, allocate, juggle, communicate & deftly collaborate with a cross-section of demanding stakeholders.  We are also seeking someone extremely savvy in working with data and analytics to drive proactive decision making and recruiting funnel metrics management.

  • This role works remotely and can be based in the Continental US, Costa Rica or Colombia.
  • This will also be able to work out of our modern offices in Broomfield Colorado, San José, (CR) or Medellín (CO) for group meetings & training, on occasion and as appropriate .
  • Position available to start ASAP; Flexible for two-week notice

For those that prefer a home environment, this position can be 100% remote. We are growing incredibly fast, and currently have a lot of growth in Costa Rica, Colombia and Colorado, US.

We ultimately need a professional, self-motivated, fast-moving and detail-oriented Business Operations Professional to help us build out the engine for hiring an exceptional troop of Gorillas.



Responsibilities

  • Process Management
    • Be the single "Go-To" recruiting process point of contact, with hands-on knowledge for department level process flow execution.
    • Responsible for helping to define and maintain an efficient cross-functional process across the full lifecycle of talent acquisition including qualifying, technical screening, salary negotiations, and hiring of leading technical talent
    • Document clear process flow diagrams
  • Process Problem-Solving
    • Work with leadership to define problem statements and dig deep to find true root causes and propose elegant solutions via technology, work flows, escalation paths, policy definition, role definition and/or org changes, communications, training, etc
  • Applicant Tracking System Management
    • Translate recruiting stakeholder needs and process problem solve ideas into business requirements for tools, partnering tightly with the IT System Architect to optimize process automation.
    • Implement new systems and processes to aid in the delivery of a strong ATS solution.
  • Data Management
    • Enforce cross-functional data entry and process compliance
    • Responsible for candidate data management within our Applicant Tracking System to ensure accuracy and consistency of our data integrity.
    • Be the business requirements owner for IT to ensure governance and data integrity of job descriptions, the tracking of candidate skills, and client placement requirements.  
    • Ensure the quality of the data, so the IT systems and tools can do their job to accurately help align supply vs demand.
  • Program Management & Change Management
    • Manage major programmatic efforts and lead change management for any process & tool related changes, driving training back into the recruiting team.
  • Operational Business Intelligence
    • Analyze business critical dashboard data and predictive analytics.
    • Support department ops review preparation and follow-up




Fundamental Requirements: 

  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role within a Talent Acquisition and/or HR function.
  • Complex cross-functional project management / program management and/or business operations experience
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and track every step of a complex process and its associated KPI’s.
  • Highly proficient analyzing data, metrics and predictive analytics and using it to drive actionable plans.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to win the hearts and minds of others when implementing change.
  • Completely literate in both speaking and writing English.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience within professional services or consulting organizations.
  • Experience across multiple ATS, CRM and other recruiting tools.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
