What are we looking for? 


We are looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our awesome team! This person will work closely with technical stakeholders across Gorilla Logic as well as working collaboratively with our Talent Operations team. You will be a pivotal piece of the puzzle when it comes to providing the consulting services to our clients, so will need to have experience recruiting across multiple web technologies and confident in working under pressure.


What you can expect from us? 


A fast-paced but thoroughly enjoyable team and environment, that is dog friendly (when we’re able to go back into our newly refurbished offices), and we have everything from musical instruments to regular team lunches. For those that prefer a home environment, this position can be 100% remote. We are growing incredibly fast, and currently have a lot of growth in Costa Rica, Colombia and Colorado, US.


What do we need from you? 


You need to be highly driven and focused on providing a great experience, as well as being able to talk confidently about technologies to key stakeholders. We are going through transformation in the talent side of the business, so bring your ideas and be open to changing landscapes. We ultimately need a professional, self-motivated, fast-moving and detail-oriented true Senior Technical Recruiter to help us build out our exceptional troop of Gorillas.



Responsibilities


  • Responsible for full lifecycle talent acquisition process including qualifying, technical screening, salary negotiations, and hiring of leading technical talent.
  • Create and maintain candidate pipelines utilizing creative sourcing strategies, both international and domestic.
  • Promote brand awareness, positive brand impressions, and growth for Gorilla Logic in Latin America and the US.
  • Provide a world-class journey throughout all interactions with candidates, identify candidate strengths and propose solutions to improve brand recognition & reach new talent pools.
  • Provide market intelligence & analysis on technology industry & talent pool.
  • Responsible for candidate data management within our Applicant Tracking System to ensure accuracy and consistency in our data integrity.


Requirements


  • 6+ years of experience with full lifecycle technical recruiting and candidate sourcing.
  • Demonstrated understanding of how to recruit for technologies (such as DevOps, Full Stack, QA/QE, etc).
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and track every step of a complex process.
  • Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Completely literate in both speaking and writing English.


Bonus Skills


  • Experience within professional services or consulting organizations.
  • Experience across multiple ATS, CRM and other recruiting tools.
